Parkrunner Tourist does not permit any access to its application programming interface (API) by third parties without explicit written consent. Any attempt to use, scrape, or reverse-engineer data from Parkrunner Tourist is strictly prohibited.

This restriction applies to all individuals, organisations, and automated systems. Unauthorized access may lead to legal action under UK law, including but not limited to the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

By accessing or attempting to access Parkrunner Tourist data without permission, you may be in breach of UK intellectual property law, contractual obligations, and civil or criminal law.
